WHY HEMORRHOIDS?
Forget asking why hemorrhoids just get it cured here!
An exact definition of hemorrhoids will not exist, but they can be described as musses or clumps ("cushions") of tissue within the anal canal that contain bloodstream and the surrounding, supporting tissue made up of muscle and elastic fibres. The canal is the last centimeters through which stool passes since it goes from the rectum to the outside world. The anus may be the opening of the canal towards the outside world. As we tendto get older the question comes to mind a lot more why hemorrhoids?
Although many people think hemorrhoids are abnormal, they are present in everyone. It is only the hemorrhoidal cushions enlarge that hemorrhoids may cause problems and be considered abnormal or a disease. The question may not be why hemorrhoids but why as we get older they seem to exist more.

OCCURRANCE OF HEMORRHOIDS
Even though hemorrhoids occur in everybody, they become large and cause problems in only 4% of the standard population. Hemorrhoids that cause problems are located equally in men and women and the prevalence highs between 45 and 65 years old.
ANATOMY ASSOCIATED WITH HEMORRHOIDS
The arteries supplying blood towards the anal descend into the canal through the rectum above and kind a rich network associated with arteries that communicate with one another around the anal channel.
Because of the rich network of arterial blood vessels, hemorrhoidal blood vessels have a very ready supply of arterial blood. This explains why blood loss from hemorrhoids is vivid red (arterial blood) instead of dark red (venous bloodstream), and why bleeding from hemorrhoids occasionally can be severe.
The bloodstream that supply the hemorrhoidal vessels go through the supporting tissue in the hemorrhoidal cushions.
The anal veins drain blood from the canal and the hemorrhoids. These veins drain in two directions. The first direction is upwards to the rectum and the second reason is downwards beneath the skin surrounding the anus. The dentate line is line inside the anal canal that means the transition from anal pores and skin (anadem) to the lining of the anal area.

FORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH HEMORRHOIDS
When the hemorrhoids originate at the very top (rectal side) of the anal canal, it is called internal hemorrhoids. If it originates in the lower end of the anal canal close to the anus, it is referred to as an external hemorrhoid. Theoretically, the differentiation between inner and external hemorrhoids is made on the basis of whether the hemorrhoid originates above or below the dentate line (internal and external respectively)
